Founded in 2017 by Max Johnson ACII, the business has been built on cultural, ethical & professional values from the ground up, focusing on core sectors and delivering a service that meets the fast pace demands of today. We are continually looking at new ways of working, to ensure our advice and service remains timely and accurate.
It is only when things go wrong that our insurance policies are scrutinised, so we work closely with our clients to understand the risks they face and what they want to achieve, so we can ensure they are best placed with policies designed to do the job they are intended to do when really needed.

Max Johnson ACII Managing Director
Founder and the heart of the operation.
Max is an Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has over 15yrs experience in insurance broking.
Outside of work enjoys most things involving food, drink and the great outdoors.
Liam Smith Claims Handler
Liam has joined the team to assist our clients with their claims providing the guidance and support from start to finish
Prior to Johnson Insurance, Liam worked in financial lines providing advice to clients on life insurance and is relishing the new challenge!
Outside of work, Liam is an avid Liverpool FC and Featherstone Rovers fan, and a fastly improving golfer.
Dawn Hawkins Account Handler
Dawn is one of three new starters coming on board to assist with our private client insurances.
Prior to Johnson Insurance Services, she spent a mere 30 years with Direct Line in Personal Lines and relishing the challenge of working in Commercial Lines!
Outside of work, Dawn loves spending time with her family, eating out with friends, attending the Theatre and Bingo on a Thursday.
Joshua Lees Account Handler
Josh has joined the team at an Account Handler to assist clients with Renewal's, Changes, and any other ad hoc client requests.
He spent 6yrs at Hiscox as an Underwriting SME risks, focusing on Professional Indemnity
In his free time he is a self-published novelist, budding singer-song writer, banjo player, LARPer, tabletop gamer, father of 1, major dinosaur nerd and dad-joke enthusiast to name but a few!

George Greenock Cert CII Account Executive
George on boarded in November 2021 as an Account Executive working on the front end and looking to grow our presence in East Anglia.
He previously spent 8yrs as an Account Executive specialising in Farm, Estate and Private Client, building an excellent reputation as a true professional that puts the interests of his clients first.
Outside of work, George has his hands full with alot of chickens, a young family and a love of most country pursuits!
Jamie Birkin Dip CII Client Services Manager
Jamie joined us in June 2022 to work alongside George in our Fakenham office. He heads up the team that assists our clients with renewals, claims, mid-term adjustments and general queries. He reviews our internal processes, to ensure that our clients get the best possible service at all times.
He has a wealth of experience in broking specialising in Private Client and Farm insurance, and has his Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Joint Honours Law and Criminology degree to boot.
In his free time, Jamie is a family man and keen Nottingham Forest fan for his sins.
Beth Mason Account Handler
Beth joined Johnson Insurance Services to strengthen support for our commercial line clients. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2016 and also brings extensive experience in private client insurance.
Outside the office, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her dog Bear, who also makes regular appearances in our Fakenham office.
